The technique used in this procedure is what lends it its name; refreshed aesthetics are created by following a Y-shaped pattern. All of this is performed with cannulas – blunt tipped, flexible devices that serve to feed the filler under the muscle, directly on top of the bone, in order to replicate the structure that the bone itself produces naturally.
